Easy handling with high flexibility • No compressed air required • Easy changeable dies • Mobile useage due to intergated handles • less energy cost compared to compressed air machines • Flexible use due to a wide range of crimping dies • locator crimping of contacts The Electro crimper ERIC makes it possible to crimp a wide variety of contacts. Crimping is initiated with a foot switch. Thus both hands are free to insert wire and contact. By selecting the additional two-step operating mode it is possible to fix the contact before starting the crimping process. This improves the processing of complex crimp contacts and avoids faulty crimps. An additional locator guarantees the optimal position of the contacts. The opening of the dies is adjustable in 5 steps. Fast and easy modification of dies. Manufacturing of individual dies for customer specific applications possible. On request we create a sectional view of the crimped contact for quality assurance.Prices visible after login.

In our store you will find both automatic crimping machines for the automatic crimping of cables in large quantities and automatic crimping and stripping machines that combine crimping and stripping in a single work step. You also have a choice of electric and pneumatic machines.
Automatic crimping machines
Automatic crimping machines specialize in the automatic crimping of connectors in large quantities and therefore enable the crimping process to be automated. The machines are characterized by high speed, precision and reliability. In addition, automatic crimping machines can be programmed to perform different crimping processes for different cable and connector types and sizes. This makes them flexible and versatile for different applications.
Stripping and crimping machines
Stripping and crimping machines enable the automated stripping and crimping of cables. In contrast to automatic crimping machines, two work steps are thus combined. These machines are particularly useful when large quantities of cables with repeatable stripping and crimping requirements need to be processed. They should therefore be selected according to the specific requirements and cable specifications. They can also be variably configured for different cable types and sizes.
Drive types of stripping and crimping machines
In general, a distinction is made between electric and pneumatic stripping and crimping machines. The choice between an electric or pneumatic crimping machine depends on the specific requirements, the application and the user's preferences. Electric machines are generally more precise, faster and more versatile, while pneumatic machines have proven to be advantageous in situations where compressed air is readily available and high forces are required.
Electric machines
Electric crimping machines are machines manufactured for the automated crimping of electrical connections. The machine performs the crimping process automatically and thus enables a consistent and reliable quality of the crimp connections. The use of these machines is particularly useful in industrial environments where high productivity, precision and automated processes are required.
Pneumatic machines
Pneumatic crimping machines are machines that use compressed air as an energy source to automate the crimping of electrical connections. The use of compressed air not only ensures consistent and reliable quality of crimp connections, but also enables the crimping of challenging materials or wire sizes. In order to use pneumatic crimping machines, a source of compressed air, i.e. a compressor or compressed air system, must be available. The use of these crimping machines is worthwhile when high force, speed and automation are required.
