The Electro crimper ERIC makes it possible to crimp a wide variety of contacts. Crimping is initiated with a foot switch. Thus both hands are free to insert wire and contact. By selecting the additional two-step operating mode it is possible to fix the contact before starting the crimping process. This improves the processing of complex crimp contacts and avoids faulty crimps. An additional locator guarantees the optimal position of the contacts. The opening of the dies is adjustable in 5 steps. Fast and easy modification of dies.
Manufacturing of individual dies for customer specific applications possible. On request we create a sectional view of the crimped
contact for quality assurance.
