HILPRESS is a successful, medium-sized family business supplying professional craftsmen and industry with electrical connection materials. For over 30 years, everything at HILPRESS has revolved around cables. In addition to our head office in Hamburg, we are represented in France, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, and Czechia. In keeping with Hanseatic tradition, we maintain open, honest, and fair dealings with our customers, business partners, and employees.

Your responsibilities
  • Telemarketing
  • Supporting an existing customer base in your assigned area
  • Selling technical products
  • You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and developing and maintaining the existing customer base
  • Processing inquiries, calculating prices, and preparing quotations
  • Conducting quotation and order negotiations
  • Clarifying technical questions
Your profile
  • You have commercial or technical training or a comparable degree
  • You have initial experience in telephone or face-to-face sales/distribution
  • Ideally, you already have some product knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
  • You have strong communication skills and an open, positive attitude, and enjoy telephone sales
  • You have negotiating skills and an unconditional desire to achieve success
  • You have a high degree of personal responsibility, are resilient, and are a team player
  • Language skills: Business fluent in spoken and written German
