What are Hilpress DB/P Type Insulators?
Our DB type insulators are unbreakable and exhibit excellent electrical and mechanical insulation properties. They are suitable for harsh industrial environments such as high ambient temperatures, contact with corrosive substances, or exposure to vibration. The hexagonal mid‑section design with two opposite sides facilitates firm gripping and secure locking during installation.
These fiberglass‑reinforced polyglass insulators are available in red color. They are self‑extinguishing and operate reliably within a temperature range of –40 °C < T < +130 °C. Their flame performance complies with UL94‑V0. UM denotes the maximum allowable operating voltage.
You can optionally order the DB/P insulators with a customized non‑standard thread or with one or two threaded studs (“GB” version).
What are Hilpress CO/P Type Insulators?
The CO/P type insulators are made of polyglass‑polyester composite and secured using a self‑locking Loctite system. They are supplied in red and are flame‑retardant according to UL94‑V0. Operating temperature range: –40 °C < T < +130 °C. UM represents the maximum permissible operating voltage.
These insulators are also available with one or two threaded studs for flexible mounting configurations.
What are Hilpress CS/P Type Insulators?
CS/P type insulators are manufactured from fiberglass‑reinforced polyglass‑polyester material. They combine high electrical resistance, strong mechanical integrity, and excellent resistance to environmental factors.

CPE type insulators are made from fiberglass‑reinforced polyglass‑polyester material. These insulators are supplied in red color, are self‑extinguishing, and rated for continuous use between –40 °C and +130 °C. Their flame resistance complies with UL94‑V0, ensuring durability and safety in high‑temperature or high‑voltage conditions.
What are Hilpress PI/P Type Through Insulators?
The PI/P through insulators are manufactured from polyester resin and primarily used in panel‑mounted applications requiring high mechanical stability and insulation properties. They are supplied in red color and ensure reliable electrical isolation even in continuous load environments.
What are Hilpress ECO Insulators?
The ECO insulators are produced from thermoset polyester compound reinforced with 20 % fiberglass and are self‑extinguishing according to UL94‑V0. They are supplied in red (RAL 3031) and equipped with zinc‑plated steel threaded inserts for optimal corrosion protection.
The finished product is rated at 1000 V AC / 1500 V DC and operates reliably within a temperature range of –40 °C to +130 °C, making it ideal for modern low‑ and medium‑voltage electrical installations.
