The WAGO Gelbox is a small, compact box that is already filled with silicone-free gel. It provides moisture protection for WAGO COMPACT junction box terminal blocks of Series 2273 as well as WAGO COMPACT junction box terminal blocks of Series 221 - and that according to protection class IPX8.

Application of Wago gel boxes

  1. Open the gel box
  2. Insert the wired terminal into the gel box
  3. Close latch securely
  4. Make re-accessible
    1.    Open gel box
    2.    Remove gel
    3.    Rewire with new components
