Many variants from push-on terminals to elastic connectors

Flat plug-in technology for compact electrical installations

With the flat plug-in technology, compact electrical installations can be realized quickly. This makes it possible to realize connections and cabling in the tightest of spaces for sophisticated electrical designs using simple plug-in technology. The flat plug technology is used in numerous areas such as control cabinets, electrical devices, mechanical engineering, robotics, network technology, automotive and many more. There are numerous plug-in variants for the connections of all components.

Connectors for modern tab technology

Numerous different components are available for use in flat plug technology. Flat receptacles prepare the cables for connection to other components. The cable ends are crimped in the sleeve and can then be screwed, plugged or soldered for connection, depending on the design. They are available in straight or angled forms. Other components are the claw or ring cable lugs. All these elements increase the cable quality with the least possible effort. Wire end sleeves seal off cable ends and prevent fraying of the individual wires. They also increase the cable quality. With all elements, it is important to select the appropriate supported cross-section required by the respective cable.

Flat plug distributors and insulating sleeves

Numerous distribution elements are also used for flat plug technology, for example in the form of plug distributors, elastic cable distributors and flat plug couplers. They allow the connection of several cables that are fed from different directions or distributed in different directions and, depending on the design, different cross-sections and multi-pole cables are supported at the same time. Insulating sleeves electrically shield the conductor ends and have different mating widths. A special form of the insulating sleeves are the flat receptacles with lateral conductor connection.
