Brass blade terminals from Hilpress
Discover our wide selection of blade terminals that meet the highest quality standards. Find the perfect solution for your electrical connections.
Flat plugs are electrical connectors. They consist of a flat metal part that is inserted into a matching blade receptacle to create an electrical connection.
We offer you a large selection of
- uninsulated blade terminals and insulated blade terminals,
- blade terminals for screwing on,
- angled blade terminals for screwing on
- and spade connectors for solderingmade of hot-dip tinned brass.
Nickel-plated, silver-plated, gold-plated or tin-plated blade receptacles are also available on request - please contact us.
All of the blade receptacles and blade plugs we offer fit into each other, provided the mating width and mating thickness of both items match.
Three dimensions are generally important to clearly identify the right product:
- Cross-section in mm² - This is required for the insertion of the cable at the rear end.
- Mating thickness in mm - This is the thickness of the flat mating contact. The standard thicknesses are 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm.
- Mating width in mm - This is the distance between the two sleeve walls (also the width of the corresponding mating contact). The standard widths are 2.8 mm, 4.8 mm and 6.3 mm.
Many of our blade terminals comply with specific DIN standards. Please refer to the product detail page for the relevant DIN standard.
